We have city built ditches/basin along the streets for rainwater drainage in the area. I recently noticed there is a big hole in the middle of the ditch, lots of the water goes into that hole when it rains, looks like it keeps getting worse. Can you send someone to take a look, and get the hole patched please? This is the second time I have reported this issue. In the fall there was a water main break on our street and the water company did not properly repair the dig site. We now have a mud pit/hole at the site of the repair and we recently had a visitor trip and almost fall at the site. I would appreciate this being fixed right away. Thank you, John Tweedie

The storm drain at S Olive and E Hillside needs maintenance. It is located at the bottom of a hill and gravel driveways uphill have gravel running down the street in heavy rains. There is so much gravel built up that weeds are growing around the stop sign and around the drain. Now, during a heavy rain, water cannot get to the drain and backs up into our driveway and gets close to the garage. This has consistently been an issue for years. Please remove the gravel and help us with a solution to keep this area clean.

Curb and gutter are wet for 50-100 yards on the west side of the street. It appears the water is "moving" to the nearest underground drain.

Large pool of water at 908 S. Larkspur Lane, Bloomington. There is no drainage. (I could not choose location on your map because every time I try to zoom in it zooms all the way out to whole globe view. Also, I couldn't upload photo because you don't allow uploaded from phone gallery. Only option it gave me was upload from Box app and that wouldn't work. Y'alls website sucks)
