Northern lane of Atwater just west of Jordan. Storm drain is blocked and the lane is flooding very badly. Will get a lot worse if we have more rain tonight. Might just be leaves blocking it.

The storm drains have been very clogged on the 500 block of south Woodlawn well before the cicadas and excessive rainfall. These need to be cleared to prevent cars from hydroplaning in standing water and “sidewalk tsunamis” that hit pedestrians when a car passes. Thank you.

Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. The road that leads to the Jordan parking garage (University Road?)has a large "pothole" that resulted in a blown tire. I would think this is a university maintained road since it is not on Jordan, but rather the side road that leads to the parking garage, but IU claims it is the city's responsibility. I have attached pictures. It appears this is from construction and/or utility work rather than natural erosion, and there is a sharp and steep edge/drop-off. I did not have a ruler with me, but used a standard size sharpie to show the depth. Using a ruler afterwards, the hard edge/cliff is approximately 5 inches. In the dark at night there is no lighting, and when making a left onto that road there is no way to see it with your headlights. In addition to requesting that the hole be repaired, I would like to receive reimbursement for the damaged (flat, non repairable)tire. Thank you for your time.
