From the houses north on Glenwood from the easement I get everyone’s water and it comes in my backyard across my sidewalk and most of the time up over the driveway.

I am following up on case number 167563 which was assigned to a Mr. Peden. He said they came by and assessed the problem but they looked at the ditch in the front and the problem is not the front it is the backyard and the water comes from the north property onto my property in the backyard and is so high that sometimes it almost floods my house.

#166419 Drainage or Runoff: Other: Hello, I am a property owner in the shadow creek subdivision and wish to file an anonymous complaint against the owner of the property at 1527 s andrew circle. I could not figure out how to manipulate your location map above so please ignore that address. I am building a house on the adjoining lot and am concerned about the serious flooding every time it rains. It has gotten worse since additional dirt has been added to the lot , and since i last reported the problem to the city last summer. Please see the picture attached and make a drive by for yourself to verify. It may overflow its banks tonight with the heavy rain that is predicted. It could flood my basement and the downhill neighbor potentially. But more important to the neighborhood and the city are the potentials for mosquitoes and even children or animals getting hurt in there. It should be an easy fix for the builder to rework the dirt he put in there to fill in the low spots and raise the grade for natural gravity drainage until he actually builds a house there. Thank you for your prompt attention to the issue . It seems to have been ignored after my previous complaint which was before the previous owner(developer ?) sold it. There is no drainage system on Olive street just south of Hillside. Additionally, Ridgemont Ct runoff gathers here as well. Cars try to drive through wich causes waves to sending more water into the effected houses. 18" in the street. Years of neighbors and past residents call for help have garnered no response from the city.

Excess water seems to be coming out of my drains at the street, even days after it has rained. My water bill was high last month, and I thought it was for other reasons. Now I am worried that there is a leak.

During construction on waterline in front of my home, the CITY dug up my yard and filled in the holes with rocks and concrete (along with dirt). It's dangerous. i can't mow the lawn with it like this. Please remove the dangerous materials

Thanks Kelsey, The creek has been much clearer lately. I appreciate you following up. Usually when it is cloudy, it clears up in a day or two. I do watch it closely and will let you know, but unless you are able to get out right away, it may be difficult for you to see it when it is looking bad. Mr. Horvath, the sediment in Jackson Creek at Rock Creek Drive may have been a result of construction in the watershed. There is one construction project upstream from your location that may have contributed sediment in the past, but according to our Planning Department who manages the grading permits, that site has since been stabilized. I was in the area last week and observed some utility work being done in the neighborhood, but can't say if that was what caused the sediment in the stream on 2/2/2019. Standing water / drainage issue at 2624 E Windermere Woods Dr. City of Bloomington Utility was to test for chlorine, but have not received any follow-up regarding this.
