Catherine did not pay the "unregistered fee" for $105.00 at this time because she doesn't understand how it could be applicable to her, and has requested that someone explain it to her. She states that neither her nor her husband received any notification that they had to register with the COB, until HAND notified them this summer, stating that you had to register to rent. Ms. Shapiro wrote to thank the Department for closing the Stull St. parking lot this winter. She indicated that when the lot is open, loud noise creates problems for her.

Triangular area bounded by Southdowns, Sheridan Drive & Karen, needs dead trees, vines and weeds removed. Also, resident at 1308 Southdowns (and some others) are dumping their limbs, tree trimmings, and grass cuttings in this area. (See letter)
Mr. Jones wrote letter dated 2/2/99 that stated that CBU crews constructed sanitary sewer thru east end of his property during 1995. The surveyor stake for the property line marker was removed and not replaced. Mr. Jones states that the easement agreement provides that the property will be returned to the original condition prior to construction work. Mr. Jones would like the marker replaced.
Letter from Mr. Ludwig stated that he was gone two weeks last month and his bill was doubled. He talked to Angie Grubb who had check made for leaks. None were found. Mr. Ludwig wrote to USB to have bill lowered.
