Noise violation. Car alarm going off for 3+ hours from 10:45PM to 2:15AM (and it is still going on) at parking lot for 605 Fess. Car license plate number IN 138QS. Charges should be filed against the car owner and landlord for disturbing the peace. My wife, daughter, and I are still awake. The police told us, after being here multiple times, that they can do nothing. This is a clear violation and is unacceptable.

Public right of way in alley behind our house was blocked by four cars. Illegal frat is using the alley for its private excess parking lot. Request fines be administered to stop this practice. This is not the first time cars have been parked in the alley, but four cars at once is a record. The illegal frat needs to be convinced that the public alley is not their private lot.

Dodge Ram 1500 P/U truck. White upper body with wide gray striping. Rusted along bottom with cord wrapped around bumper to front grill. Vehicle has been parked in same position for 6 weeks partially blocking right lane near top of hill at intersection. Makes right hand turns difficult with NB traffic coming up S. Adams @ W. Sunstone. Speed limits are often not observed, especially during higher traffic times of day. It is not uncoomon that I am passed while driving my daughter to school.
There's a silver Jeep Liberty parked facing the wrong direction on Allen between S. Washington and Walnut. It has been there for several weeks. I am assuming it was abandoned because it hasn't been moved for weeks, and one of the windows was left down.
The construction crew working on the new building across from Kroger constantly blocks the multi-use path. The license plate of the truck blocking the path this morning is TK 990LMG.
