Web Form: Hi there, I was looking at our water bill for this past month and it seems to be off. For the past year our water consumption was between 2-4 thousand, and the past month and the month before they were significantly higher. Would you be able to tell me if they came out and metered it for the month of October or if that was an average? If the 6 thousand is what they actually metered then I am afraid we have a leak going on as we have definitely not used double the amount of water that we typically use.
Readings reviewed, shown to be correct. Meter changed early this year- consumption continues to have low and high periods.
Last two bills are for actual readings. Will have another one shortly to see if problem is ongoing.
