Other: Citizen reported to the Parks and Recreation Department that she takes weekly walks with her client along the Jackson Creek Trail. The client has a significant fear of dogs. The citizen stated that they have repeatedly encountered a woman with a small, golden-colored dog that is off leash. According to the report, the dog approaches them, causing distress to the client. The citizen advised that she has asked the dog owner multiple times to leash the dog, but the individual responds with yelling and profanity. The caller has been advised to contact Animal Control regarding the situation. She also wished to document the concern in this UReport
