Water is running into her yard and house every time it rains.
Water is running into her yard and house every time it rains.
Mr. Cullers feels that the culvert is undersized causing a drainage problem. The City did work in this area a few months ago. The City installed bars across the culvert causing a backup of water. Mr. Cullers crawl space has flooded.
Water is runing onto property and ponding due to grading work done when the new Templeton School was built. Mr. Hatton was in today to tell us of a drainage problem at his address. He says the drainage problem has resulted from the regrading done when the new Templeton School was built.
Complainant says that the house constructed at the above address (3914 Emilie Ct.) was constructed to low and that storm water flows into the patio. (See pictures in Eng. file). The area surrounding the house does not slope away from the foundation.
Complainant bought the house at the above address in 10/95. After buying the house he noticed the storm water inlet in the middle of the driveway. He is afraid it will do damage to his or someone else's car and would like the City to relocate the inlet. (See Letter in Correspondance in file).
Complainant says that there is a storm drain across Ridgeview in fron of his house that is apparently blocked. He has had the County out several times to try and correct the problem and all they have done is wedge with ashpalt.
Behind 3914 and 3916 Emilie Ct. the ground slopes steeply into the enclosed porches. These porches are taking on too much water. Jacobs thinks that the building were set one block to low.
Swale behind house not properly draining, never dries out, poses a health hazard. ditch needs to be cleaned out to contain the flow of water and trees need to be trimmed to let the sun dry the area out.
Standing water is causing damage.
Drainage from Bainbridge Subdivision still a problem.
