A large vehicle clipped this city tree. The large limb that fell was dragged into the woods. Does the city need to make a clean cut of this branch
The storm water drainage in front of that property needs to be cleaned. Thank you.
Previous customers trash/recycle containers are extremely filthy and emits the order that is associated with garbage. I am 77 years of age and cannot easily clean these containers out for my usage - and actually wondering why I should have to use previously used containers by previous customer. As a new customer, I am requesting replacement of containers with clean containers. Please advise.
Waiting until just minutes before rec soccer games to announce field closures is frustrating and avoidable. The weather conditions were clearly visible on radar well in advance, and a decision could have reasonably been made at least 30 minutes earlier. Families plan their schedules around these games getting kids ready, packing up, and traveling only to find out upon arrival that everything has been canceled. This has happened more than once. Please be more proactive with communication moving forward.
Recently a fence was put up. Isn't this in violation of the UDO Fences and Walls : 20.04.08 (n) (3) A ii. The fence seems higher than 4 feet.
The accessible stall in the College Mall men's food court restroom does not stay locked or closed. I have submitted contact forms to the mall 3 times this year. No communication response or action from the mall. Anything you can do to help?

This property's address is on Stonegate Ct., but the back and side of their property is on the corner of Smith Road and Hagen. There is a thorny bush coming off the ground next to their fence, leaning over the sidewalk. Last year, as it grew, you had to go around it when on the sidewalk. Also, the picture shows the Hagen side where weeds and small trees are come between their stone wall and the sidewalk (both sidewalks on that corner. Thanks for all you do to help make my big walks nicer! Your department is appreciated. Abby
