Trees/bushes on the side of 5th st make it difficult to see traffic when turning
The sidewalk has a severe depression that collects rain (and ice in the winter), often to a depth of 3 or 4 inches. The problem started last year immediately after the area was reconstructed with new grass on either side. Someone did not think about the consequences of building grass higher than the level of a sidewalk that is not level.
Furniture and trash left at curb for several days.
There are piles of sand and gravel in the bicycle lane on N. College Ave. from Old State Route 37 to 11th Street. This creates a sliding hazard for bicyclists in close proximity to high-speed motor vehicles.

I am a Park Department volunteer and have adopted Southeast Park. Following the last storm in June, I checked the park for downed limbs and branches. I found the majority of storm-debris east of the paved path and picked the debris up and then moved the material to the tree line slope east of the parking lot. A few days later I observed a large pile of tree and brush within the park edge adjacent to the park shelter parking lot. I thought this pile was suspecious and today while I took apicture of the pile. As I was leaving the park a Park Department worker drove up and I asked him if the pile was made by park staff. He said he was unaware and was going to take a picture. When I got home I reported it to one of the park department staff involved with the volunteer program. I have emailed my picture to her. In many of the parks, including Southeast Park we have encountered park neighbors dumping their yard waste onto park property.
A cover for a water or gas line continually pops up in the street. If cars should hit it, it could cause tire damage or more. This has been reported previously but has not been resolved.
As previously reported on June 10, 2025, the South side of Sudbury, between Arbor Ridge Way and the last drive east of Rolling Ridge is not being maintained by the Millennium Apartments between the Conservancy and the sidewalk. After I entered ticket # 203288, some entity did come by and cut down some of the weeds with a long handle type device reaching out from a truck. It really did a poor job of clearing the area and it is already grown up again. Also, the north side of Sudbury, which belongs to Developers, is also a mess and not being maintained or mowed. Several neighbors have complained and so that is why I am entering a ticket again.
This curb is heavily deteriorated. The water does not drain properly in this area and algae is growing. Please repair. There are many deteriorated curbs in the Arbor Ridge neighborhood, but this is the worst one.
