There are multiple cars parked in front of 1397 W Adams Hill Circle that are never moved, some with multiple flat tires. The house is an eyesore with a rusted lawnmower in the side yard and appliances in the driveway often. I don't know which of these things can be cited but the cars in particular are an eyesore and nuisance.

Transient habitat and bike in RCA Park, 50-100 yards west of the big quarry rock pile, along the fence, where three trails intersect. There is a bunch of trash, a bike, and maybe a shelter. There was screaming and cursing from this area in the park a few days ago.
NORTHWOOD ESTATESS DDDD's ding, dong, doorbell dashers - a long-standing problem. For the past 2 1/2 years I have had problems that come and go with DDD's. And ever since the Guthrie case I have been even more terrified of them! Last night they had the audacity to come at 3:30 AM and again around 5:30AM. Neither time did I get out of my upstairs bedroom for fear of falling. I am tired of their pranks. they need to grow up and be responsible adults. Please add an extra patrol in an unmarked car sit in Rosewood Circle at Rosewood Dr. cul-de-sack to observe. In the meantime, I purchased an outdoor camera and Ring camera, of which neither are working. HELP. Please, provide me with temporary equipment in finding them or repairing what I already have. A k-9 would be welcome overnight as long as it doesn't bite me, eat me out of house and home, and insist on sleeping with me. Let's get creative in solving my problem because I generally am a non-violent person, instead believing in peace and harmony for everyone. THANKS! Hello. Please consider adding "Do Not Block Intersection" style markings to the pavement at the entrance to the Park South apartments on Henderson Street (see attached file indicating where). This entrance is frequently blocked by cars stopped at the Hillside Drive intersection, making entrance and exit impossible and/or unsafe.
Hello, I am reporting on behalf of the Park Ridge Neighborhood Association. We've noticed that this tree has a low hanging branch that could pose a safety risk to somebody walking into the park. Would it be possible to get it trimmed? Thank you!
731 Park Square has so many vehicles in their driveway that children walking home from school are forced to walk into the street. It is almost impossible to see around all their vehicles when attempting to back out of driveways around them due to all the vehicles obstructing the view. The vehicles in the driveway are sticking out past the curb.
I live at 319 N. Fairview St at the SW corner of W 8th and N Fairview St. Yesterday afternoon, Wednesday April 15, around 3.30 or 4pm the school was releasing the students and the usual long line of parent cars was lined along 8th street. I had driven west, up 8th St, past the school, to the intersection where I usually turn right to park in front of my house. Usually drivers don't block the intersection and this allows a smooth drive through in all 4 directions. Yesterday however when I reached the intersection where I take a left turn in order to park, I found a car parked right across the street blocking all north south traffic. Normally drivers in line keep the lanes open. The driver of this car wasn't moving because he couldn't. Eventually he was able to move enabling my left turn and a north facing school bus to continue on its way. I parked my car and went over to the male crossing guard and asked him why had permitted the driver of the car to block the street. He completely ignored me and was uncommunicative. So, I want to know what responsibilities the crossing guard had and has. His job is about safety I believe so why would he permit a car, part of a long line of waiting vehicles to block egress. His silence and unwillingness to engage with me really annoyed and I suggest you find him another job not involving public safety. I'm not being vindictive I just want people to take their job and role seriously. And, no children were around while this was going on. Robert Harman.
I quote the city Ordinance 15.040.020 (Abandoned vehicle means): 2) A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days. The white sedan at 613 S Eastside Drive has not been moved for over 30 days. Plus has a license plate that expired in Nov. 2025. "Neighbors' dispute" or not, does that invalidate the City Ordinance?
