When I try to log in in order to pay my bill, I get a "Server error". I have tried several times, with two different browsers. So I thought I could at least view my bill, because I'm writing out my budget for the next pay period, and there is no way to simply access my bill to view it without going through the payment function -- which is non-functional. This new interface is NOT user friendly.

I am working with account #40809-003 where there are adjustments for $537.77 on the current bill. I spoke with Edie twice on 7/19/17, that a corrected bill was not available at this time. We are unable to process payment without a detailed record as to what the charges are for. In the interest of being specific we would need a breakdown as follows: Service periods being “adjusted” and usage/consumption for both meter numbers (69341719 AND 09308909). We would also need charges broken out for Water Service, Water Usage Charge, Fire Protection, Wastewater Usage and Service Charges during the period of time in which the charges were corrected. Please Protect the account while this is investigated.
