Objects to spending $250,000 on farmers market shelter when it will be used by people from out of the county. His taxes have gone up the last two years and he is on a fixed income. As a taxpayer, he is disappointed with this "runaway" taxation.

Caller has tried to reach someone at animal shelter for 3 days. Is disgusted with phone system that won't allow him to talk to anyone. (I asked if he left a message--he had not.) He found an animal which he asked shelter to pick up and now he wants to adopt animal but can't reach shelter.) He also feels personnel are rude to him.
