Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Stop sign issue. The stops signs on Rogers (intersection with Dodds) are not apparent enough, so people have a tenancy of blowing through the four way intersection. The suggestion is a red reflective strip on the sign pole, or another way of making the stop signs more visible in order to improve safety at the intersection.
There is no yellow paint or other indicator near the intersection so people don't part close to it. As such, turns become tight and difficult, as well as there being an obstructed line of sight because cars are in the way. The request is that there be some measure put in place to prevent parked cars from clogging the intersection.

Caller complained about line of sight not being adequate for drivers traveling north on Highland attempting to turn West on Hillside. They stated their view of westbound traffic on Hillside is obstructed.
