Sheila McGlothlin received a call from Mr Haney on Feb 6th advising "they have had a large plastic green pipe sticking out of their ground at an angle for about the past year. He was wondering the status of this pipe and what if anything will be done with it?"
Ms Hammond left a voice message on 4/18/16 saying she has problems with storm sewer runoff in her backyard that has gotten much worse this year. She didn't know if the city could help because the storm sewer comes off The Stands Dr with a culvert that ends right in her back yard.
She would like to know when we might be scheduling work on the drainage ditches and what type of work so she can plant a tree

Dana Leann Mobley called questioning why she is being billed for wastewater. Claims she is on septic. However, upon review of CUBS acct, it appears that she was part of the SR 48 project and the State paid her connection fees. Nancy has previous knowledge of this acct. Left a voice message saying her clients at the Monroe Medical Art property are affected by property taking for I-69. She was told we are working with the I-69 developer for utility relocation work and wants to make sure their water and sewer will be taken care of.
Mr Richie left a voice message on 3/25/15 saying that in heavy rains, water rushes down Wylie and across Woodlawn and down his drive. At times it has gone into the basement. He said he is going to have his drive paved this year and he wants to know if a drain could be put in that would connect to the drain he says runs down the center of his drive.

Mr Kamen called yesterday afternoon to report his company (Bryan Rental) is working on the home at this address and he is concerned about drainage in the back yard. He knows there is a storm pipe running through the side yard and opens at the railroad ditch but it doesn't seem to go anywhere after that.
Rick Alexander transferred her VM to me. She called yesterday because there is currently a lot of work being done at 1st and Morton and she's hoping the storm drainage issue can be addressed. There are two storm drains in the area but neither are in the lowest spots so every time it rains, they have huge water issues. She works in the bldg at 1st and Morton.
