Hi! I'm giving my neighbor's address rather than my own as hers is closer to the pothole. It is slightly west of 1917 E. Marilyn toward Nancy St.. There is a pothole that has been filled, but the filling substance is now collapsing into the pothole and there is small cavern-like opening. I suspect there is an issue with the sewer or pipes and am afraid that a larger portion of the road could soon be affected. I hope you are able to come out soon to check! Thank you so much! 173337 Our case number was closed. We don't know how this happened without anyone contacting us. Today, Mar 11 the flooding began again and reached the side of our houses. The drainage is not able to carry this amount of water away and needs to be addressed. Please contact us. Thanks

I live on Marilyn Drive. I park a vehicle overnight on the street. I just want to make sure this is OK. I have read the ordinance where I must park going the same direction as traffic and I must not obstruct traffic, i.e. I need to make sure there is 12 feet for traffic to pass by. I just want to make sure on this. There are no - NO Parking signs on our street. During the snow storm I did make a point of not park on the street overnight so the snow plows could get through. Please let me know if I am OK with parking on the street - thanks for your help - Kevin Keough

Hi, The trash collector seemed to be in a hurry today and there were 5 trashcans on their sides in our neighborhood...ours was one of them. We have asked you kindly to please not dump our trashcans on their sides while picking up the trash. They damage the trashcans as well as the driveway that we spent $1600 to black top. We find it very disrespectful of the trash collector to just throw around our trashcans after picking up the trash when he could so easily gently put them down so they stand up if he would slow down a little while doing his job. We have video cameras on our property and this gets caught on our video cameras. Do we need to start fining the city each time they damage our trashcan and driveway by throwing the trashcans on their side in our driveway? It is frustrating when we pay so much in property and city taxes to have our property damaged by the city.

The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn
