Stormwater drainage on sidewalk on the south side of the 600 block of E First Street needs attention. The whole sidewalk on that side was literally a river during a recent rainstorm.
lots adjacent and across the street from Fairview Apartments have excessive growth of weeds, 615 W 15th Street is our apartment complex. Weeds are excessive on the north and south side of properties adjacent to Fairview Apartments.

STATES THERE IS A RUG THAT HAS BEEN LYING BY THE TRASH BIN FOR WEEKS. THERE ARE ALSO 2 BICYCLES TIED TO A STREET SIGN THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR > A MONTH.
The dumpster at Fairview Terrace Apartments is over-flowing with trash. It is now on the road and bees are everywhere. Please call Hazel Richardson with the status of this complaint.
No running water. Basement wall has fallen. 4-5 dogs. Uses Back yard for a bathroom (after dark)
The vacant lot beside 615 W. 15th has trash and old boards. The neighbor is 90+ years old and keeps dumping stuff on the empty lot.
Apartment building "Fairview Terrace" has an open dumpster located approx. 20 feet from Ms Richardson's front door. It smells terrible and should be moved.
