Storm water has caused problems on either side culvert next to home.
When it rains the water runs between the houses of 1249 and 1251 E. Miller Dr. The complaintant says that she assumes that there is water running under the foundation of her house. The water also runs about 2 feet from her house in some places.
Carter stated that there is an easement that runs between her house and 1170 E. Benson Ct. The water is suppose to flow in this easement but it has not been able hold the capacity the last few rains. She realizes that we have had heavy rains, but she is wondering if there is something wrong that it is now not able to handle the flow. She has thought about possibly doing some excavation work to help alleviate some of the water runoff.
Medlyn states that the stone wall is on City property (?) and is about to fall in. The water runoff sometimes pools at the back of this wall causing erosion and the wall appears to be falling in.
Mr. Elmer has a drainage problem from water coming off of Maxwell and High Street that rolls down his drive & into his house.
CBU truck came out to clean out storm water sewer and piled up rubbish but did not remove rubbish.
The sidewalk in front of 720 gets covered wiwth sand each time it rains. It appears that the curb at the eastern alley does not keep the water in the gutter as it is supposed to.
Ms. Junken is receiving excessive runoff from the Street and from her neighbors. Has water ponding in back yard
Would like to meet with you to look at this area in regards to any possible plans regarding the Storm water project.
See letter Stetson turned in. The neighbor at 1016 E. Maxwell Lane is constructing an entry off of Manor Road. They are filling in the drainage ditch with soil thereby blocking the water flow. Stetson feels that during the next rain this work could cause severe water damage to her basement
