8" water valve cover popped off at Hillside & Dorchester. Eastbound lane of Hillside. Cover at base of stopsign/streetsign SE corner of intersection. This is the 3rd time I've reported this in just over a week (1st 2x's by phone). Why don't you replace with a cover that can be LOCKED DOWN to keep it in place?

Greetings, I spoke briefly with a street maintenance crew as they were working in front of my home - and thought I'd share the conversation here. Over the past few years, the gutter from in front of our home (1504 E Elliston) on down to Fenway Pl has deteriorated significantly to the point that our driveway & yard are sinking as well. I'm no longer able to get my cars out of my driveway without scraping the bottom. When we get major rainstorms, I've noticed that the water runs directly into the ground from the gaps in the gutters & road, which I'd imagine contributes to the gutters & road sinking. I appreciate that they were out there patching the holes, but the patching really is very temporary from my observation. I was wondering if the city would have any plans to shore up the foundation, perhaps rebuild the gutters in a way that my driveway/yard won't continue to sink. Possible water main break. large amount of water running in street drain.
Reported a water main break on or about April 20, 2019 that resulted in road damages that have not been fixed.
Can you please look at the drainage on High Street in this area? The street is always covered in water with medium to heavy rains. It doesn't appear that there are enough drains on this area of the street. This has been a problem for years.
At the end of the driveway at 2139 S. Bent Tree Drive, blacktop has been eroding away to a pothole. Water drainage from the street has been making it larger over time.
This area needs a street drain. Every time it rains water pools at this corner making it difficult for people walking down the sidewalk to cross the street. During the winter, this turns into a block of ice making it very dangerous for people crossing the street. Children in this neighborhood walk to Child's Elementary School and have to jump over the puddle of water when it's warm and try not to fall on the block of ice that form here during the winter. Please install a street drain in this location. Thank you.
Several grade and issues with crumbling street surface on E. Linden Hill. Last year the water main was repaired and the street was partially resurfaced (by hand mixing) leaving the street with unlevel surfaces. In addition other parts of the street that are crumbling were not repaired. The street is fairly small so resurfacing the entire street with blacktop at the same time would easily rectify the issues that are on the whole street.
