So when we have a 5 ft concrete sidewalk WE are responsible to clear it for the kids. As propertty owners. Then the city replaces it with 10 ft of asphalt, assuring us that we are no longer responsible for it. “We will take care of it, Parks and Rec will deal with it in a timely manner”. We get 0.7 inches of snow, the path is icy, and the city is nowhere to be seen. We have to clear the now TEN ft of path ourselves to avoid being sued. FU Hamiltlon! This is is less than an inch!

While constructing the Bike Path on the portion of E. Arden Drive to SE Park, crews did not remove the heavy mats blocking storm drains at the corners of S. Williams, Greenfield & Sycamore Courts. When heavy rains appear, water flows into E. Arden Drive, oftentimes ponding in low lying areas. People often drive too fast on that street, causing hazardous driving conditions should they loose control of their car.

I put a holiday tree out but it was not collected this morning. I know the city was in the area because a neighbor's tree was collected. I can leave it on the street for the next pickup.

There has always been speed limit signs across from my house and my neighbor’s house (2 specifically are no longer there). They have been taken down since all the construction of our new 10 ft sidewalks. They need to be replaced! Many people are driving 40-50 miles an hour down our street now! With our new extra wide sidewalks, our street has heavy pedestrian traffic in addition to the school just down the street. It may also be partly because it looks like a very wide open road with the huge sidewalks, people feel they can go as fast as they want. This tension wire is a hazard for cyclists and needs to be well lit for better visibility in the dark. Reflectors on the wire and along the bend in the path would also add to the safety. I am a 7th grade student at Jackson Creek Middle School. I ride my bike to school every day on the High St recreational path at around 7:30 am. It is dark at that time and I use lights on my bike. On Friday, Nov 5, I was biking down the hill towards this spot. I was going fast down this hill to have enough speed for the uphill right past this spot. Unfortunately, even with my bike light, the tension wire and the sudden bend in the path is hard to see in the dark. My shoulder hit the tension wire and knocked me off my bike. My bike had minor damage to the seat.

Construction workers from the path project here along Montclair near Southeast Park entrance left lots of debris behind along the sidewalk. They're long gone and didn't attempt to clean any of this up.

Sidewalk at the southwest corner of Queens Way and Montclair is covered in a thick layer of sand and gravel. Can this be swept up please?
