Ms Adams left a voice message saying some work was done with the drainage ditches on her street this morning in the neighbor's ditch and also some asphalt paving was done right in front of her driveway and it's going to move a lot of water down her drive. She wants to get another drainage grate or a culvert or something at the corner of Pickwick. She said her property and the property next to her have spent thousands of dollars to manage the water that comes through their property and the city has been using their properties as drainage. The work they did on the street is going to put tons of water to the drain in front of their garage but it won't handle it all now. She is petitioning to see what they can do to get a storm grate put in.

A private utility company cut a large hole in my driveway without permission. After removing that portion of my driveway they dug out what appears to be an area 3 feet deep and at least 2-3 feet wide just underneath my driveway. A piece of plywood was placed on top and is not secure. I’m not only afraid that someone will fall I. The hole, but also that an entire portion of my driveway will collapse into the ground. I have attempted to contact the private company (AT&T) and while they have opened a claim, I have yet to hear back from them in regards to this public safety concern and also how they plan to fix my driveway. My home sits on a very busy and trafficked corner in The Highlands. Lots of pets, small children, families walking all day. In addition, I can already see that area has shifted and sunk.

Complaining about 3 inches of mud in front of his apartment. He's following up from a prior complaint about this location, when he claims that he was told that an environmental study would need to be done before it could be cleaned up, but that it wasn't a priority.

The transition from Hillside onto South Olive street is rather rough, as there is a bump up as you make the turn. On a bike this is unexpected, and a bit rough at best. Given that this is a signed bike route, could this transition be leveled out?

#166419 Drainage or Runoff: Other: Hello, I am a property owner in the shadow creek subdivision and wish to file an anonymous complaint against the owner of the property at 1527 s andrew circle. I could not figure out how to manipulate your location map above so please ignore that address. I am building a house on the adjoining lot and am concerned about the serious flooding every time it rains. It has gotten worse since additional dirt has been added to the lot , and since i last reported the problem to the city last summer. Please see the picture attached and make a drive by for yourself to verify. It may overflow its banks tonight with the heavy rain that is predicted. It could flood my basement and the downhill neighbor potentially. But more important to the neighborhood and the city are the potentials for mosquitoes and even children or animals getting hurt in there. It should be an easy fix for the builder to rework the dirt he put in there to fill in the low spots and raise the grade for natural gravity drainage until he actually builds a house there. Thank you for your prompt attention to the issue . It seems to have been ignored after my previous complaint which was before the previous owner(developer ?) sold it. We continue to have a flooding issue due to yard waste, leaves, seed pods, sand clogging up our street drain. I was up at 2:00 again this morning pulling the street drain that was again completely clogged so our garage did not get flooded. Water was almost to the garage. This has been a problem for many years and it has never been resolved. I have asked many times. MANY Times. I should not have to fear that if I am not home and it rains that there is a good chance we'll get water in our house because of our street drain is poorly designed based on the amount of debris that comes down our street. Would someone please finally address this issue.
