Other: 2 motorhomes parked on private property driveway, along with 5 automobiles. Motorhomes are being used as living quarters, and extra storage of materials and household items. This violates Code 20.5.065. Outside storage Standards - storage and parking of vehicles. Stored or parked vehicles, shall not be used for other purposes, including living quarters and storage of materials.

Staff took a look at this property earlier this week. All of the vehicles are parked on a solid surface, and there was not evidence that any were being used as a residence. One of the motorhomes had a cover over it. We would need to see something indicating that a vehicle was being lived in to start enforcement. From the right-of-way, which is where the P&T Department inspects from, there was nothing that indicated a vehicle was being lived in.
