I think it’s unacceptable that well behaved dogs aren’t allowed at a park. And that it’s only if certain people are at the field because I’ve definitely brought my dog here before without any issues. And then to be kicked out and have to sit in the car with the dog for over 8 hours because we came for a softball tournament is outrageous. It would be one thing if my dog was misbehaving but we hadn’t even sat down yet. No dogs allowed has and always will be a stupid rule in outdoor public places. There are stores that allow dogs now let’s get with the program and change it to well behaved dogs allowed. And let’s give a person at least an hour to figure out what to do with the dog. Luckily, I came with my boyfriend today so my dog will not be suffocating in the car alone.

There are several issues: 1) Cars and frequently parked jutting into the alleyway or the city right of way, which is a hazard to traffic and also partially blocks exit from our garage. 2) Somewhere between 5 and 10 different cars come and go on a regular basis, some of which stay overnight at different times. Thus, the backyard is sometimes stuffed with cars. It's not clear who lives here and what the nature of the living situation is. For example, is this a community that provides mental health services to young men? If so, is it appropriately registered with the city? There is too much traffic at this property to fit a typical family or group living situation. I think there needs to be a welfare check or a visit of some sort by the city. 3) There still is trash stuffed underneath a blue tarp, including half of a toilet.

I am brown single mother who lost her job at IU at 2019 and IU has been using me for their political agenda and my kids also. I have been divorced for almost 10 years now and they have got into my case and using me to practice republicans and democrats on me because I am poor and alone here with NO support they want me to do bad and sad things to others so they can keep me poor and sad all my life so they can use me for practice please make them stop... People living in rental property, corner lot @ 3956 N Feerwood are not mowing side facing Ferwood CT or back yard. Its 3 feet high. I made a report about a week ago & you came out but nothing is done. Also not mowing Boulevard.

The railroad company has piled up a huge stack of railroad ties that smell *horrible*, like a mixture of gasoline and naphtha and creosote. It is chokingly noxious, maybe even an acute asphyxiation hazard. It is on the south side of the tracks, north of 12th Street right where Dunn Street ends. Does the City have jurisdiction over this? Can the railroad be asked to pile toxic products in places far away from residential areas? It can be smelled by residents in houses close by, and the stench wafts through the neighborhood at night.
