Our tenants have reported a lot of used needles all over the alley next to our Morton building. Would we be able to request a sharps pick up?

Poison Hemlock growing around Storm water drain outlet behind 555 and 603 N. Plymouth Rd in Parkridge East.
Piles of debris/yard wast bags inside fencing in front yard, installing fence posts next to sidewalk.
The alley between 14th & 15th Street just West of Lindbergh needs fresh gravel. When it rains it becomes very muddy and is full of potholes.
There are white company/utility trucks that have been parked here for MONTHS without being moved, which is against the 72 hour rule. They do not belong to anyone nearby, no idea where they came from but someone left them here and hasn't moved them. Please issue a ticket for the 72 hour rule.
Call from resident reporting large sign on the rental that says "FUCK ICE". Caller states they aren't upset about the sentiment, it is more about the profanity and when he reached out to property manager was told the issue needed to be resolved with the owner & tenant.
RE: Electrical Wires - rear of property at 404 E 1st Street 1. An electrical wire is touching my garage, it connects from my house to the electrical pole at the rear of the property. This may have occurred when the tornado recently hit the area. See the left image in the attachment. 2. There is a dangling wire coming from the same electrical pole at the rear of the property. Again, this most likely occurred during the recent tornado. See the right image in the attachment. Thank you, Elida C. Behar April 6, 2026
I’ve submitted this before but we still have phone lines about 6 feet off the ground running though our side yard. We’d really like to know who to contact or have them contacted that these need raised for safety but also code compliance
4310 E. Hector Drive Wood chip pile still in driveway for over 6 months. Chips wash down onto street and into neighbors yards after heavy rains. House furniture, toys, left outside for months. Baby car seat left in front ditch. No one has resided in home for over a month.
I am reaching out this morning to ask that the city address the homeless camp site next to RCA park north of Cherokee Dr and IMI concrete plant. I believe this was supposed to addressed after the severe cold a while back. Most of us on Cherokee Dr were completely understanding and have been tolerant of the homeless camp. However, the size of this camp has ballooned to highly unsafe levels. Unsafe for the residents of the camp and to the residents in this neighborhood. There has been a sharp increase in trespassing, fighting, littering all over the neighborhood, abandoned bikes and other junk. There is a constant flow of people up Cherokee and behind it and it’s only increasing. Three nights ago we had someone knocking on doors and trespassing at multiple houses. I could hear a neighbor yelling at this man because he was creeping around his house. I caught him on camera as well as a guy last night who climbed on my porch and moved furniture to look through my window. Does that sound a little creepy? It is. Stuff like this has happened more often and it really needs to be addressed. We have the services here in town, maybe not to help this number of people , but we have services and camping on private property and harassing a neighborhood as well as a new neighborhood being built isn’t part of those services. Please look into clearing this camp as soon as possible and preventing it from being established again. It’s been cleared a few times, only to have the problem increase in numbers time and time again. It is unsafe and unsanitary and the problem is only getting worse by the day.
