Water pools on NE corner of 11th/Lincoln intersection (formerly a sidewalk) and freezes. This is dangerous. Water pools at same location in summer and causes swampy conditions.

Ms Dula left me a voice message on 4/26/16 with concerns about drainage at the end of Stephens Dr and who is responsible for it. I checked the area and did not see any issues with the drainage in this area.

Area on east side of Lincoln, N. of 12th Street and close to RR fence is a low area where water accumulates and serves as a breeding ground for mosquitoes. This area should be regraded or filled to prevent the water from pooling.

Mr Kamen called yesterday afternoon to report his company (Bryan Rental) is working on the home at this address and he is concerned about drainage in the back yard.
