The light heading westbound on 3rd street at the intersection with Jordan cycles through very fast. With the construction happening on 3rd and Jordan traffic at peak hours backs up all the way to South High Street. It seems like it could be an easy traffic fix if the light heading westbound on 3rd were to remain green longer.

If starting at Green Valley Drive and heading south (south west) on Normandale Lake Blvd, it is very difficult to see at the intersection of Normandale Lake Blvd and American Blvd W. (especially if turning left/east or going straight). This intersection has always been hard to see around due to the curve of the street (and was made worse when snow piled up), but now there is a new chain link fence and trailer for construction making it very hard to see cars coming. This has turned into a dangerous intersection with cars moving fast on American Blvd (especially those coming from the East). Even changing this to a 4-way stop during construction would help, but it really needs a better fix long-term. Thanks.
Greetings, The dashed lines inside the round-about at E. Rogers and S. Sare roads have worn of to a high degree. This is most important where lane shifts happen inside the round-about for left-hand turns. People seem to have a hard enough time figuring out how to handle a round-about. With the dashed lines missing I've been nearly taken out multiple times by people traveling South on Rogers as they try to make a left turn by veering into my lane when I have the right-of-way (as I try to make the proper left-hand turn by shifting into the right lane while turning left). The missing dashed line there adds confusion of what people are supposed to do since there's less indication that only the inside lane should be turning left. Would be nice to have those touched up. I want to report a suggestion I feel would be helpful to the neighborhood of Sycamore Knolls. I live on Arden Dr, and believe the Arden Dr/High St. intersection is becoming more and more dangerous with the influx of young families moving in. As the only stop sign on that stretch of High Street, year after year I see near misses with pedestrians and cars at this intersection. I believe that if reflection strips or retarder strips were laid down at this 4 way stop more people would be aware of the stop sign being there and make a complete stop. Please let me know how I can move this issue forward, also on the south east side of the 4 way stop the tree limbs at times cover the stop sign upon approaching the intersection.
A south-facing speed limit sign on Union just north of 7th and a north-facing speed limit sign on Union just south of 10th incorrectly state the speed limit as 25mph. According to muni code 15.24.020, Union is 30mph from 3rd to Law.
There is an unmarked meridian as you approach 3rd street going north on Clarizz. At night, it's difficult to see the concrete meridian because you are driving up hill. There needs to be a sign there, directing you to veer to the right.
Would it be possible to extend the turn signal time at Kinser/Madison and Hwy 46? When turning left from Kinser/Madison onto Hwy 46, the light only allows 2 cars to get through before changing. When Bloomington North lets out or the normal 5pm rush hour, I have sat through that light waiting to turn as much as 4 times and on one occasion several months ago, traffic was backed up and I sat through 7 signal changes before finally being able to turn. It really slows down traffic and backs it up. Thank You for your consideration.
Hello! I was wondering if it's possible for us to get a street sign for Howe Street off of Rogers Street. Heading South on Rogers you come over a hill and it's hard for most drivers to know when the street is coming because we don't have a sign. Thanks!
There needs to be a traffic light at the intersection of 10th and Smith Rd. It can be very challenging turning on to 10th St. due to traffic that doesn't have to stop.
