My recycling hasn’t been picked up in the last two weeks and I am trying to understand why. Is it because of the styrofoam? The styrofoam in my recycling bin is stamped recyclable #6, which according to the lid of my recycling container is accepted.
It has come to our attention, as mentioned by the owner, that there is an underground propane tank still present on this property. We are concerned about potential toxic effects if left in the ground. Please investigate and remove. We hope this will be removed to prevent contamination of underground water.

You made a mess out of this intersection. The traffic lines are crooked and northbound traffic slows tremendously going through the intersection as right lane cars are going left of center into the passing lane. This was not an issue before the construction that made oversized corner sidewalks. The corner sidewalks are too large for the traffic flow and design.
As rain come downhill on the street, it sometimes overwhelms our drainage tunnel. Over the years this created a line of crumble in Pickwick, in the last two years this has become a serious hazard for bicycles, pedestrians and not too good for our cars. Is there a chance we could get some blacktop put down on this? I'll be taking bids to resurface my driveway this summer, and it would be best if the street was repaired before this work gets done. I have a movie and many pictures to show that the new draining system on Covenanter Dr, between high street and Brooks Dr is overflowing and causing damage to properties.

Yard Waste scattered on purpose. Violation of Code 6.06.020. Deposit of Garbage It is unlawful for any person to place or scatter any yard waste, upon private premises, or to permit yard waste to be placed or deposited on the premised owned or controlled by such person.
2 motorhomes parked on private property driveway, along with 5 automobiles. Motorhomes are being used as living quarters, and extra storage of materials and household items. This violates Code 20.5.065. Outside storage Standards - storage and parking of vehicles. Stored or parked vehicles, shall not be used for other purposes, including living quarters and storage of materials.
2 motorhomes and 5 cars parked in driveway. 1 motorhome is broken, and has not moved in over 4 years. Violates Code 15.4.020. Vehicle is over 3 models old, mechanically inoperable, on private property visible from public property (city sidewalk), for more than 20 days.
