Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Norma was out with a Streets crew this morning collecting leaves and called with a line of sight issue at the NW corner of Skyline Drive and Kinser Pike. She said a pine tree that sits on the resident's side of the sidewalk blocks the view both north and south when trying to pull out on the street.
Call in complaint from a citizen, Deborah, about a sight obstruction on the northeast corner of the intersection of Graham and Madison.
Caller complained about line of sight not being adequate for drivers traveling north on Highland attempting to turn West on Hillside. They stated their view of westbound traffic on Hillside is obstructed.

Foliage on NW corner of intersection is blocking line of sight of southbound drivers on Davisson for drivers traveling West on Smith.
Mr. Carpenter called to complain about a line of sight issue at the intersection of Sunny Slopes Dr. and Ridgeview Dr. due to excessive growth at 218 E Sunny Slopes Dr. He reported several "near accidents" on account of the growth. See attachments.
