The sidewalk starting at 2206 S Rockport Rd to Countryside Ln is very overgrown. It creates a hazard because you have to leave the side walk in some areas and Rockport is a bust road.
Tall grass on the east side of the intersection is blocking the view for drivers turning off Dunn st. onto Old 37. Very dangerous!
Overgrown weeds/brush/branches here block view for drivers turning left (south) onto Walnut St. Pike from E. Allendale Dr. (side of Allendale east of Walnut St. Pike.)
I contacted the property manager and she said that this light could not be shielded or dimmed or adjusted for "safety". I would like to see if this is something that would constitute a light violation for the city so that it could be adjusted. I made a previous request about this light due to it shining into our bedroom window after a tree was cut down which had been blocking much of the light. Is there something that could be done?

There is an old light pole half way along the alley with a flood light high up that glares light across several lots and shines into my house and porch (748 S. Morton St.). This is not a Duke Energy pole. It is only identifiable by a number 4, about to fall off, and an inspection medallion dated 2003. The pole right at Morton, to which it is connected, says it is owned by Public Service Co. of Indiana, pole number punched into metal plaque 1627-709 and maybe also punched notches for Customer and Owned. An inspection medallion that says OSMOSE insp. 2018. D. This simplest way to end the light leakage would be to remove the light. If properly shielded to prevent the light leakage of course that would be okay too. I have photos, but I can't figure out how to add the file to this UReport. An orange "Core&Main" tarp has been up between our property (1437 N Kinser Pike) and the Aspen Heights property for about 2 years. I spoke with Aspen Heights and they said it was the purview of the city. It doesn't seem to be doing anything productive anymore, as far as I can tell, but if it is, half of it has fallen down. It makes for extra yard work, mowing around it and weedwacking by it. If it can be taken down, that would be great. If it needs to stay up, may we politely request it be fixed where it has fallen.
The main paved walking,bike trail at switchyard park. The bikes especially elecyric bikes are being driven too fast. I push a dog stroller to the dog park and suddenly the bikes go wizzing past us, very fast happens all the time now. They are going to eventually collide with someone walking a child or dog.
Kinser Flats 1610 north Kinser Pike residents are trespassing on 441 West Gourley Pike. Leaving trash, needles, excrement' clothes. When asked to leave, they often get combative. It is not even safe to walk outside D/T needles, human waste and belligerent people. They have also done damage to the building. they have attempted to break in, cracking windows and tearing apart air conditioner units.
There is a round about on Summit Street and Cottage Grove. The roundabout is completely overgrown and is also covering up the drainage system. It's so high that when kids are riding their bikes and cars are coming around the corner, they almost get hit. It needs to be cut.
