Hello, I am contacting you guys because I would like to request a health inspection at my apartment complex The Quarters Bloomington located at 1521 Isaac Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403. They have had mold grow all on the sides of 2 parking garages and it has been like that for over 2 months. The mold seems to be spreading more. They have severe water damage that doesn’t seem to be taken care of. I had a mold issue in my apartment that they didn’t prioritize which left me to clean it myself. Other residents have also had mold on their balcony door and bathroom ceiling which was like that when they moved in. The vents seem to be leaking water and it doesn’t seem like it’s an issue they are eager to fix. I am hoping that you guys are able to do a health inspection because I find myself constantly having sinus issues since moving there. Thank you!

Crews working on gas line notified me this morning that M Street Fiber has run their line through my sewer and broken it and it is leaking. I was told by the Utilities department to contact Kyle Baugh to arrange repair but I have been unable to reach him or the main office by phone this morning. Per your voicemail instruction I am leaving this email and asking someone to contact me at your earliest convenience. The crews do not plan to fill the excavation back in until repair is made. Rain water runoff from Sherwood Hills parking lot “blowing out” of storm water drain cover and flooding into our property. Possibly a clogged or restricted underground drain to the main storm water drain directly South on East Wellington Court between 709 & 715 address?

When the new sidewalks were installed at the corner of Nota and Woodbine and on Nota, the irrigation system for 2300 E Woodbine was damaged in two spots. Pictures of the sidewalk repair and the invoice for repairs is attached.

Every time it rains our street floods severely and then backs up onto the sidewalks and coats them in a thick layer of mud. It’s a combination of heavy storms that the storm drain on the corner of 12th and Walnut cannot keep up with and a residual problem caused by the fiberware that was installed last year. Ever since they dug up the corner of 12th and Walnut the ground is nothing but mud and has been slowly taking over the sidewalk. It is unsafe to walk on as it is incredibly slippery and is at least an inch thick.
