I filed a report about three weeks ago about a blocked storm drain that keeps overflowing and spilling water into our yard. It overflowed yesterday, and it's like a river of water running over the street and into our yard. The water is doing considerable damage to our side and back yard--it's basically underwater whenever it rains. This really does require some serious attention. Either a more thorough clean up or repair. It's costing us 100s if not 1000s of dollars in repairs to our yard. Please try to fix this. The storm drain is clogged on the 1300 block of W 6th Street, and our house is 1315 west 6th street.

There is an old boat parked at 1313 South Madison Street. The last time this boat was registered to be on the lake was 2009. It has not moved since. The issue is that in addition to being an eyesore, it collects water and produces tons of mosquitos. We have asked the city to take care of this before but the neighbor said it was for sale, placed - a blank - for sale sign on it and it has continued to sit.

My water bill seems abnormally high (2-3 times higher than any bill I've received the last few years). I saw the article in the Herald Times concerning residences on the south side who were billed incorrectly, which appears to be my case. The water meter in the front yard of the home I am renting has been flooded since we moved in earlier this month. A neighbor informed us the unit was hit by a large riding lawnmower and has been leaking water since (no date). I do not wish to have my yard flooded as it is a waste of water and a potential hazard to the neighborhood

Homeowner at 1251 W Countryside Ln contacted CBU Eng Dept on 5/9/19 @ 1:35pm regarding a drainage concern. Drainage ditch running between his home and the neighboring home to the West is holding water. He is concerned for public safety with mosquitos and such since the water is holding for long periods of time. He would like an Engineer to contact him and meet him on site to see what can be done to correct the problem. Tonia advised the homeowner that the Engineer was not back in the office until 5/13/19. He stated that he understood and that he did not have any immediate concerns about waiting until next week.
