Water in the basement, coming in from the foundation.
Water in the basement, coming in from the foundation.
While riding my bike on Weimer Rd.; I've noticed on two different occasions the strong smell of sewer gas. A Sewer gas smell to me means either there is effluent top side or there is an over flow into waterway. (Or I suppose something else) but there a definite issue. Exact location is post bridge on Weimer's south end heading toward Tapp Rd. It is also just past the mid point of bridge to Tapp Rd. points. Yes, I know there has been a lot of rain that contributes to these kind of issues, but being that the creek eventually "dumps" into Monroe Reservoir ( our drinking water) Thank you for looking into this. Drain ditch is running with brown water around entire block. Broken water line?
Sewer water is coming up out of the ground.
Friday and Monday I came home to a house full of nasty sewer gasses. My toilet and bathtub trap had been sucked dry of water. I've spoken to my neighbors and it's happening all up the street. My address is 903 W. GOurley Pike. (Your location map is confused.) I have a sickly cat at home and I am seriously concerned that if this continues he may die.
All waste water in this newly purchased mobile home is blocked. We discovered that all waste is coming back out of the clean out pipe and spilling onto the ground. Former owners also placed the shower drain into the clean out, but there is a large clog someplace lower down that is preventing the water from draining.
Our shower has flooded with water and fecal matter twice in the past two days.
Soggy grass - pooping water in our backyard.
Third year in a row (2/8/2018 # 163027, 2/8/2019 #167355), when the fatberg grows just downstream from me, the city delivers hundreds of gallons of sewage into my basement. This year was a new high water: 6-7 inches. It is sewer, not my house backing up... It is because of a flaw in the connections just downstream from me. The city has closed the previous reports as "Resolved" without my consent. This is obviously not resolved. I'd much rather have Bloomington spend money on fixing this, rather than attorney fees, but without quick resolution, this year, I will proceed.
There apparently is a blockage in my sewer drainage pipe to the main sewer line on N Lexington Drive. Waste water is backed up from the sewer main to my house. I have an inspection port in my drain about 3 ft from the edge of the street and the waste water fills the drain pipe about 3 ft from the street, or about 10 feet from the city sewer line. Problem started ca.3:30 pm yesterday (Monday) afternoon.
