- Building Permit - Apply through the Monroe County Building Department
- General Case Application
- Application for Temporary or Final Occupancy Inspection
- Permanent Sign Permit - Apply Online via Civic Access (previous PDF Form available for reference of scaled site plan requirements; all permanent sign permits should now be applied for online)

- Grading Permit - as of July 2024, new applications involving earth disturbance should contact the City of Bloomington Utilities for a Stormwater Management Permit
