The City of Bloomington is proposing a number of changes related to various uses listed in the Unified Development Ordinance. Those changes are listed below and the red-line proposal for each is found in the packet for the July 2025 Plan Commission hearing. This proposal will be on the agenda for discussion at the July 14, 2025 Plan Commission hearing, which will take place at 5:30pm in Council Chambers City Hall, 401 N. Morton Street, Bloomington, Indiana, and will also be available via Zoom.
