this is another example of how the graffiti program has gotten out of control. are we now removing graffiti from constructing equipment.

Other: We have had two property signs graffiti'ed and over the past weekend (4-30 / 5-1) the words "AKAI Gurley" on the back of one of the local contractors bulldozer.

- The graffiti on the signs seem to be in direct opposition of the new building going up. I do not know the meaning of AKAI Grurley.
