Are you a property owner/manager
yes
Graffiti is on
Private Property
Is this area constantly plagued by graffiti?
no
If so, is it always the same kind of graffiti (political, idealogical, offensive, tags, etc?)
The graffiti on the signs seem to be in direct opposition of the new building going up. I do not know the meaning of AKAI Grurley.
Would you like to be contacted
yes
