I was told by a neighbor that a tree near a house I own just north of Templeton school on Brenda lane is in the city's right of way. I am worried this tree may fall or large limbs fall on the house. I believe it is an elm tree which is somewhat rare these days. If you can please call me to discuss. Thank you
This residence always has an abundance of cars parked on the street. This weekend they were parked informing of our mail box also parked to the stop sign. This winter they were unable to plow our road because of the car situation. Our elderly neighbor was unable to back out of her drive way. For the past few month since moving in they play their music so loud it rattles our windows and shakes our house. Yesterday the music started at 1pm and didn’t end until the early hours of the morning. Even after the police came and asked them to turn it down. Playing songs saying “Stick you fist in my Pu**y at high volume while there are families walking and riding bikes is not what our neighborhood signed up for. This has been going on for months as stated before.
Near the church parking lot, on the sidewalk: abandoned Dollar Tree shopping cart. May be blown into the street and hit a car during the next storm. Dollar Tree has been notified but they 'do not have anyone to come pick it up'.
Three dogs barking 24 hours a day, this has been reported countless times.
Countless bags of trash and debris are left on parking lot at this location for an excess of a week now, we believe these are left here by the homeless crowd as they have been camping at this location previously. Obviously this church has no interest in dealing with this problem and sack of trash may contain hazardous material. Typically the hummus are leaving drugs and or needles, syringe, etc..

There are people living in a trailer powered by a very loud generator in a house without utilities at 703 W. 7th Street. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this situation? Yard torn up where Comcast did some work a couple months ago. I tried to get Comcast to take care of this but got nothing from them - even after many calls and promises that someone would get back to me. On two seperate occasions I got case numbers. # ECM 0020878893 and ECM 0020232690 and was even told after one of them to keep my line open because I would be getting a call right back. No call came. I have written down much of what has happened during this quest if you want more info.
