storm water pipes are clogged and stream bed is eroding. This is on the B-line just west of the rail overpass and across from the new Habitat development. Looks like i'm about to loose a tree to erosion in the storm ditch.

Home sits below the curb line and has a swale in the backyard; both of which complicate the matter. The neighboring homes are all higher in elevation and drain straight to this property. the sidewalk in front of 2210 floods whenever it rains. it thus froze yesterday and last night my mother broke her leg falling on the ice. besides this. the water gets so deep there u have to walk in the street when ot rains or soak your shoes.
