Water pressure coming into our house is too high. Plumber recommended we report this issue to the city. Water pressure is in the 90's and we are concerned it will ruin our water heater, washer, or other major appliances.
Other: From E. 3rd street entrance to Park Ridge addition, there is a significant slope of the street to the west side creating pooling of rainwater and debris. The continued presence of water/mud/debris has caused breakdown and potholes in the pavement. These potholes are "patched" periodically, but quickly erode again due to the inadequate drainage system. The nearest storm drain is approx. 1/2 block north on the east side of the street -the slope of the road on the opposite side of the storm drain. I have added pictures to show the issues directly in front of my house, however, the same conditions exist along the entire block. From my understanding, the road was to be resurfaced this past summer. I have concerns if the street drainage issue is not addressed prior to this, there will be continued problems. There is to be a new city bus route beginning soon which will have the buses traveling this portion of the road several times a day and will most likely factor in to creating more problems with the pavement. The storm water drain located at the front of the house is flooding. I have cleaned the area, however its an issue in heavy rains. I have reported this issue previously as well. Appreciate if someone can come out and address the issue since its the only drain along the street. The drain is on the left side of the driveway. Thanks
Water is permanently standing in the new large dog area of the Switchyard Park dog park. This has led to injuries among other issues with dogs (not to mention the huge mess this makes and destruction to the grounds of the park). Please remedy this situation as soon as possible. Thank you.
We have no running water at our townhouse. Bill was paid on 12/26. No way to connect to an operator to report the problem. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I am wondering why Olcott was left in this condition while repaving recently. This seems to be a good way for water to collect and even freeze if we get colder weather. Is there a plan to smooth this out? Could I also request that the end of Olcott/ Moores Pike gets a look. Already there has been Ice pools at the crease from paving. It’s a dangerous situation if a car cannot stop when ice forms there. Thank you Sharon

This man named Adam Naugle is containing birds of prey (falcons) within his property and doesn’t let them out. At least one has died from his neglect. He has lost at least 6 raptors because of his neglect as well. He currently has a dog under one year of age that he regularly abuses. The dog shows abuse reactive tendencies towards this man (running and yelping if he raises a hand). He has body slammed her bc she peed in the house bc he doesn’t let her out for over 12 hrs or she chews something bc he leaves her without food, water, or toys in his truck for long periods. This man should never be allowed to own pets again. He also owes the IRS because he does not pay his taxes properly. Beware the man does own many guns and some are illegal including a sawed off shot gun.
