Lisa left a voice message indicating Jaymar is the property manager for Sunflower Gardens HOA, just south of Summit Elementary School. They have a drainage ditch that's concrete and runs through their subdivision and with the bigger rains, it is spilling over and it happens so consistently. She wants the city to revisit it because when the subdivision was built it was part of the engineering process to figure out the size of the drainage ditch to be constructed. Linda Thompson in Planning told her to get with me or Phil because the water is spilling out and not contained by the ditch.

Ms Underwood left a voice message for me on Friday 6/27/14 saying she was calling about the brick streets at 8th and Park and the sewer line that currently goes under the street.

Mr Foster left a voice message yesterday. He said it has to do with a manifestation of water in his basement/crawl space. It is not coming in from the walls and it comes and goes. He had his water lines changed thinking that was the problem but still occurs. The area becomes muddy and now there's some mold as well. He wants advice on what he can do.

Ms Kim left a voice message this morning. I returned her call this afternoon and she explained she is concerned with the runoff in their back yard. Their neighbor put logs along their back yard and it pushes the runoff over into her back yard. She wants to know if they can do this. I told her this is probably an issue between the neighbors but I would be happy to come out and look at it.

I received this email from Rachel Atz while I was on vacation: "I just spoke with a lady about our dead-end flushing program and she also included that she is having some issues with drainage behind her house and wanted to talk to someone about what she could do to improve it. She said she was willing to pay for it to be fixed, but didn't know what the best solution would be or if she even owned the property/was responsible for it. I told her I would pass the information on to our engineering department and someone would call her to discuss further. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Her address is 4629 E. Ms Burnham left a VM for me on Aug 24, 2015 but I was out of the office. She said they have some drainage issues with in the yard and is related to a little drainage ditch that runs at the end of the lots.
