Other: On nice days would it be possible for the Park staff (and the Bloomington police) to be more active in enforcing face coverings and the limit on gatherings. This was a day when Indiana hit another record (11/7). THe pickle ball court was taken over by this group of more than 25 people who were having a tournament. Most were not wearing masks as they sat around. Down the road the playground was packed. I know this is especially hard for staff or police since it's the parents making poor decisions, not wearing masks, and most if not all children not wearing masks.
