She states that neither her nor her husband received any notification that they had to register with the COB, until HAND notified them this summer, stating that you had to register to rent. Objects to spending $250,000 on farmers market shelter when it will be used by people from out of the county. His taxes have gone up the last two years and he is on a fixed income. As a taxpayer, he is disappointed with this "runaway" taxation.

Farmers Market was fine for years. Ms. Jackson against spending large amount of money for new shelter--was waste of taxpayers' money. She is taxed to death and yet the City won't pick up her leaves. This is simply mismanagement.

Re: Thomson Park: the west border has tree grove with barbed wire fence. It's old and is piercing the trees. Some of the trees in bad condition. She wants someone to be aware and she would be happy to help remove it. She's very concerned about the condition of the trees.
