SHERRY HAS HAD TWO COMPLAINTS THIS MORNING ABOUT TRASH IN THE ALLEY BEHIND THIS BUSINESS AND SEVERAL OTHERS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE SQUARE. 55 GAL DRUMS LEAKING A SUBSTANCE BELIEVED TO BE USED COOKING OIL. RUNNING INTO AREAS WHERE PATRONS CAN TRACK THIS INTO THE BUILDINGS OF GRAZIE/SAMIRA/B'TON PAINT/QUE & BILLIARDS.

Mr. Williams owns property at 611 N. Monroe that was occupied by Sally L. Vest. There was a large bill due when Ms. Vest moved. Mr. Williams is disputing the fact that he was not notified by CBU about the large bill. He did receive letter re. a lien being recorded on the property.

REPORTS THAT THIS PROPERTY, WHICH IS A BUSINESS, IS VERY TRASHY OUTSIDE AND WONDERS ABOUT THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE BUILDING AND TRASH CLEANED UP SO AS TO ENCHANCE THE PROPERTY VALUES IN THE AREA INSTEAD OF BRINGING THEM DOWN.
