RUNNING INTO AREAS WHERE PATRONS CAN TRACK THIS INTO THE BUILDINGS OF GRAZIE/SAMIRA/B'TON PAINT/QUE & BILLIARDS.

Citizen stated that trash is always piled up around the house all of the time. H.A.N.D. has come out several times and the problem is solved for a short time and then they start piling it up again.
