A citizen called to complain that the residents of the above address has trash piled in their yard for about two weeks now.

There is a rental behind 821 W. 12th Court that has a small dumpster to put their trash in. The dumpster is overflowing into the backyard. Citizen states that the house has too many people and the dumpster is not big enough to accommodate the amount of trash. The house is on 11th Street between Blair Avenue and Maple Street.
