Mr. Yost stated that he requested that water be turned off in October 2001; however, he received and paid bills for next five months. He is requesting that he be refunded the amount of these payments ($59.20).

A citizen called in to complain that the owner of a property located at the N/E corner of W. 5th & Fairview Street has not mowed the grass. The grass in the back yard is very tall.
Mr. Kelley sent an email via the COB E-Government web site form stating that there is a line of sight problem at the intersection of Walnut Street Pike & Winslow Road. He states that a large treet obstructs the view of a driver turning east onto Winslow. Mr. Kelley would like to be emailed the status of this complaint after an inspection is completed.
American Sunbelt has a dumpster bihind this building that always sits in the alley and not in their own parking lot.
