Vickie from legal department called about the trash piling up in bags as well as the trash that isn't bagged. She says this has been accumulating over the past few weeks and that since it is in an alley the trash is not being taken off.

Customer called to suggest that a phone number be printed on the bill so customers don't have to look number up in the phone book....
Customer doesn't like that on her new bill it says $0.00 balance due but at the bottom says the amount being taken out of her bank account. She has aqua-pay. She says this is confusing. Also says phone number should be on the bill someplace.
Customer would like for someone to contact him concerning the new way stormwater is calculated.
