The tenants have apparently not been putting their trash out for the past few weeks and it is piling up on the back deck and in the backyard. The person who called in is concerned with the attraction of rodents, etc....
Resident cuts his grass and puts the grass trimmings in a trash can and sets out on Wednesday afternoon (trash pick up on Friday).

There is big plastic bags of trash sitting out. They are not stickered.
