Grass has not been mowed since students moved out. Grass and weeds needs cut.

Sanitation continues to find that Cha-Cha is disposing of their trash in the public green barrels. Says this happens 2 or 3 times a week, fills the barrels and makes it impossible for pedestrians to use them, so trash winds up on the street. Piece of Cha Cha mail is attached.
