Upset caller reports residents continue to leave trash cans out all the time. Says that she has filed complaints before but nothing is done. She would like a citation issued to the tenants.

Missed pick-up/yard waste
Other/trash: He was left notice about approp. stickers. he had trash bags w/orange sticker. He unfortunately put flower clippings on top of these bags & crew thought it was yard waste. He has removed clippings. Could someone please pick up? FYI he also has leaf bags
Other/yard waste: She put $1.00 orange stickers on her yardwaste. She is sorry- can someone please pick up 2 cans of limbs/branches. they are cut to our reg. lengths.
