Mr. Geels received a letter for a line of sight problem for his property at 4th St. & Bryan Ave. (See Action #11659). He complained that the city doesn't enforce the 25' sight triangle consistently and sited the Southeast corner of 3rd & Grant.

The problem is actually on University St. in the tree row. The trash cans are just lined up w/piles of trash on them. They don't sticker their trash . THey always leave their recycling out.

Monday/Other/Trash: There are 2 units at this residence. The people upstairs forgot to put stickers on bags ( notice was left) She had 1 bag w/sticker that wasn't picked up could someone please come back & pick it up?
