Upper Cascades: restrooms locked, port-a-potty there not being maintained. Pile of excrement a foot high above the seat. She was appalled. Does not need a call back, would just like it taken care of.

There is an old vacant house that is boarded up and the boards have fallen off the windows. It is the house beside 702 W. 7th Street.
other/trash: She claims you do not empty the entire trash can and now it is infested with maggots. The trash can is in good condition but you just don't empty it entirely. Why? thanks
missed pick-up/yard waste:
*do not go back to pick up other: has bag of packing peanuts stickered as trash - crews took other trash but left it. Says this has happened several times. Pls. check & see what the problem is. thanks

Wst wall collapsing under siding. Problem has accelerated in the last few months
West wall of this building is collapsing under the vinyl siding this has been bad for about one year. The damage has accelerated in the last few months.
