Tree by west side of house (back yard) is hitting cable and phone wires. Telephone company told her it was City's responsibility. Sounds more like a utility easement or private property. Please check out and let her know.
Large blue house in the 600 block of Alexander (corner Cottage Grove & Alexander ?) has huge pile up of trash in back. Hasn't been moved for 2 months.
This is a vacant lot that is overgrown w/trash, old tires, rats, and there are small children playing there.
Unsafe building, vacant with person or persons living on site, trash & human waste on both floors, weeds and rats.
